Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. (OTHER THAN PRE-ORDERS) Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping: Please note that our shipping headquarters is in Canada

We offer standard shipping across Canada & United States. Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.

USA Shipping: All of our orders currently ship from Canada. While we strive to make shipping as smooth and affordable as possible, cross-border shipping to the U.S. may occasionally involve customs-related fees or delays.


New U.S. Tariffs: Due to recent changes in U.S. import tariffs, some shipments may now be subject to additional customs duties or taxes upon arrival in the United States. These fees are determined by U.S. Customs and are not controlled by us. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these charges, so they will be the responsibility of the recipient at the time of delivery.

International Shipping:
We currently ship internationally to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather-related events.

  • Any customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout—we are not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
